Non-Refund Policy
At Perfekta Technology, we are committed to delivering high-quality website design services that meet your expectations. To ensure clarity and understanding between all parties, the following non-refund policy applies:
1. Deposit Payments
- We only accept full payment upon agreed website development project. However, we may consider a non-refundable deposit of 60% is required to commence work on specific client project under certain circumstances. This secures our client’s project in our schedule and compensates for preliminary work.
2. Completed Work
- Payments made for completed milestones or fully delivered projects are non-refundable. Each phase of the project is reviewed and approved by the client before proceeding to the next stage.
3. Change Requests
- Revisions outside the agreed-upon scope of work may incur additional charges. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with deliverables after revisions have been completed.
4. Client Cancellation
- If the client decides to terminate the project after work has commenced, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable. This covers the time and resources already invested in the project.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases where the inability to deliver the project is due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
6. Digital Nature of Services
- As website design involves the creation of custom digital assets and services, refunds cannot be provided once work has begun or assets have been delivered.
7. Dispute Resolution
- We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us to discuss potential solutions before pursuing other actions.
